Hello Hydrangea

For the past couple weeks, I’ve been enjoying the gorgeous Hydrangea bush in our front garden.  The delightful white blooms have provoked just as many peeks out the front door as the front porch ferns.




We can even enjoy them inside.  I think they look simply stunning in the beautiful crystal vase given to us as a wedding gift.



Now if only the Hydrangea bush in the backyard was doing as well!  Maybe next year I’ll try watering it a little bit more.



Hydrangeas are definitely on my ever growing list of favourite flowers.

    I love big showy blooms like Hydrangeas, but they don't grow well here, because our winters are so cold. Peonies have big showy blooms, too, but don't last for long. Your hydrangeas are beautiful! Thanks for sharing.

    I am so envious of your front porch! Between the beautiful ferns, gorgeous hydrangeas, and amazing hostas - it's just like a little slice of heaven!

    I wish my front porch looked as beautiful as yours!! I can't seem to keep anything alive! :) My favorite blooms are azaleas!! Pink Azaleas!!

    I love all flowers; however hydrangeas are definitely at the top of my list. You captures some beautiful photos of yours.

    Ooo, I love those! I swear they are so lush that I can smell them!!

    Love hydrangeas! We have a beautiful blue one in our front yard and I'm trying to convince the husband we need to create a border of hydrangeas in the front yard.

    My fave perennial in the world. I have almost 40 in various varieties in my yard now. Sounds crazy but I just love, love, love them.
